We One Action Network (WOAN) Founder and Executive Director, Travis L. Rudd, has been guiding and leading initiatives in Kibera, Kenya since its inception in 2017. After his first visit to Kibera, he returned home with a commitment to launch an effort to not only address the needs of students but to also transform the lives of the people in Kibera. His primary objective is to work within the confides of local leaders to identify areas that encourage viable and healthy environments for students to flourish.

Over the past 20 years, Travis has gained extensive experience with process mapping, relationship building and project planning for one of the top regulated energy providers in the United States. His current role within process management uniquely positions him to foster this effort. Travis attended Saint Augustine’s College and holds a degree in Industrial Systems Technology. He resides in Stanley, North Carolina and enjoys reading, cooking and walking in his spare time.
